IWM’s Studio del Gusto is a state-of-the-art wine tasting facility and learning laboratory for those seeking to enrich their knowledge of Italy’s wine, food and culture. The perfect setting for private and corporate events, Studio del Gusto exudes the warmth of true Italian hospitality with a space where guests can enjoy a delicious gourmet-inspired tasting menu and experience exceptional wines from our unparalleled collection.
Our Director of Tastings works directly with the client to help create a memorable evening by preparing a customized menu that comprises both wine and food selections, and is based entirely on the preferences and budget of the client. During the event, our culinary team and lead sommelier will briefly discuss the history and preparation of the Italian food courses, the origin and characteristics of the wines and the nature of each pairing. A sommelier is available throughout the evening for further discussion with the host(s) and guests. Tasting events at Studio del Gusto can accommodate between 20 and 65 guests (seated events are available for a maximum of 24 guests). Larger events for 66 to 120 guests include the use of our showroom—a space adorned with beautiful wine displays and an old world ambiance.
